1 lb. ground beef 2 Tbls. Brown sugar
2 Tbls. crumbs or oatmeal 4tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg 1 Tbls. Prepared mustard
1/3 c. chopped onion 1/3 c. chopped green pepper or celery
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1 can tomato soup
Combine beef, crumbs, egg and salt,. Form into balls; Brown in small amount of fat. Set aside. Saute onions, green pepper and celery in butter. Add remaining ingredients; simmer until well mixed. Pour browned meatballs into a casserole and pour cooked sauce over them. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
