Quick Potato Cheese Soup
1 1/2 c. cubed potatoes 3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbls. Butter 3/4 tsp garlic salt
3/4 c.water 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. milk
Cook potatoes, onions and butter and water until potatoes are tender. Add milk, seasonings and cheese. Heat until almost boiling and cheese is melted. Add salmon for a bonus treat.
